With the week over and everyone going home, we just wanted to say another thank you to all those who have made this week so memorable for us.
To Spence, Claxton and Terry for chauffering us from & to the airport and around Galveston.
To Dave & McDuffy (spelt right this time 
) for their organisation and cooking.
To Susan, Joe, Glen, Jason, AJ, Rick, Sarah, Patrick and everyone else for welcoming us into your midst as if we were old friends.
To Linda & Terry for opening their home to us.
Don't think we can be back for next year's event but keep on Dead Birding and we will return.
This has been the most memorable week that we have had in a long time. It was hard today to get going because we didn't want it to stop. It just
doesn't get any better than this. We have had great times whether on the beach buggying or just sitting in the camp sharing.
It's been great to meet the nicest bunch of people in America.
Stay in touch and may you always find true winds.

Hope you have a safe trip home. Really enjoyed meeting you both and spending time on the beach together. Stay safe until we meet again on the beach.

Hey Kevin and Margaret. I'm glad you had a good time. I know we all enjoyed your company too. By the second day it was if we had known you guys for
years.
I hope the rest of your trip is as memorable as the first half. Take care, stay in touch, and hope to cross paths with you again someday.
PS I still haven't figured out why my camera wouldn't focus lock on you, but at least the shots turned out great! :frog:
