The land Sailors have their annual gathering right before us. They own + occupy the big white tent that we take over.
No specific spot for meeting at Buffalo Bill's in the morning other than the resteraunt?
The Hanging tree is the bar of choice .
You MUST have a permit or be guested by someone who does to ride Ivanpah outside of NABX days.

When are you arriving? I will get to Ivanpah on Sunday or Monday and I have my own permit. You can be my guest. I will have a better idea when I
will be arriving later on.

I fly in monday 21St and will be at the Excalibur
Will be hiring a car but will need some directions
to get to pre event, I know the directions are posted up

The pre event at Harpers is just north and west of Barstow CA which is west on I15 from Vegas. The earliest I have heard some one will be there is
Wed. the 23rd. We will be there late Thursday or first thing Friday morning.
The directions are good but if you got on Google maps you can trace it out before you leave. Google maps list it as 178 miles from Vegas to Lockhart
CA which is the closest map point. What you need to know is take exit 179 which is highway 58 in Barstow the rest of the directions are simple.
All are welcome and it is very non structured we generally have group meals for Breakfast and dinner. Depending on what people have brought and chip
in. It is generally served on tortillas which means you eat your plate so there is less scrap. It is pack in and out all trash, there and no
facilities but there is a shovel you can borrow for walks in the bushes as nature calls.
So if you want to come, stop at a store and get your drinks, snacks, and maybe some eggs, sausages, and tortillas to chip in and you wont starve and
have a great time.
