wakestyle foil kite??

pelzy1 - 15-1-2011 at 09:38 PM

Hi there! I'm new to this sight and to foil kites. I have been flying lei's in water and snow for the last 5 years. I'm ready to get in the backcountry via splitboard. My questions is....what would you consider to be the best foil for wakestyle powered tricks? as well as uphill performance? Any info would be grately appreciated, Thanks.

There is an awesome deal on a couple of Manta's here on the forum. As the kite to take the majority of the top placed positions in nearly every snowkite competition, the Ozone brand is a hard one to beat for snowkiting. Not to mention that Chasta uses the Ozone Manta to be the #1 ranked snowkiter in the last 7 years straight!!! It is very difficult to argue with Ozone's track record as being the best.

Welcome,

I agree. The Mantas in the for sale section here may be the answer?

Fysurfer will cover land and water. I think the Pulse II would serve up wake style ?

Are you Pelzy from Kiteboardbc ? Going to explore Pemberton?

If you are and you like your C kites I think you want to try my Peter Lynn Chargers ? You are welcome to try my 15m I think it may be an answer? HUGE range and gust munching !
Arcs aren't what they used to be ! You really must try the Charger for the C kite feel + auto zenith.

I was pretty sure that was you.

Yes, we were at Whistler for the " Super Slushy " stuff Saturday

I'll message you on KBBC about getting a Charger in your hands.
