Have you guys seen these Terrablades, with ski boot bindings.

I would have to say they are the best production boot out there. they are made by a guy in the US, a mate of mine bought a pair, They are awsome.

Those look great. Love the pop in/pop out option versus Coyotes.

bassboi - 3-5-2010 at 05:20 AM

$850 better be good

indigo_wolf - 3-5-2010 at 05:28 AM

:o :o Suddenly 18,000 Euros for a belt buckle makes sense... ok, a little more sense.

Sam

they seem to have rocker built in. hope that would be adjustable.

i guess you need ski boots with that?

$$$ oh yes indeed!

Bladerunner - 3-5-2010 at 06:30 AM

I have to think Coyotes would cost $500 ++ if they were still in production. You would pay $800 for a quality mountian bike if you were addicted so .......

Terrablader watches the forum on occasion . I think he lives in SanDeigo?

thanson2001ok - 3-5-2010 at 06:58 AM

They do look like they would last a lifetime. Compared to a good pair of skis, I guess this is not such a crazy price.

PHREERIDER - 3-5-2010 at 07:05 AM

if i had the ski disease i wouldn't think twice about it.

i would have to have a solid 2-4hr demo even to consider them for kiting, def could see the dry lake use but the beach .,.about 50-100 transitions with those things not counting jumps in between, man it looks heavy

not having ski boots just puts it out of my mind.

stout gear for sure, bearing change would be a reality check, and flats... keeping a single land board in tires, tubes and bearings is about as much as i can stand even with backup ready to go. tires and tubes not so much but at least one tube/tire and a full bearing change every 3-4 months.

anybody got a pair on the beach running daily ? JOEL in AUS has a set, i think its joel, GEorge who your buddy? does he fly for FS?

I so want ... bad ...

Are the wheels easy to replace? I mean, when the tyres get shagged out?

Maven454 - 4-5-2010 at 07:15 AM

Kami... hocked the mother-in-law yet?

Kamikuza - 4-5-2010 at 07:19 AM

Not yet ... bbrex's kite is on a bar - there's a guy on eBay with Stings and handles for about $120
Just got back from a trip to Hiroshima to show her the museum - 300miles, 8 hours driving ... damned traffic jams ...!

Terrablader - 20-5-2010 at 09:44 AM

the wheels come from SkyWay they last forever I have never mangaged to wear them down yet. They cost about $20

Kamikuza - 20-5-2010 at 05:40 PM

I should say OI! YOU! Stop bumping this thread and bringing this awesomeness back to the front of my consciousness
