I actually found some of Dino and myself as well. The photographer apparently made one pass down through the Canadian/NorCal camp. The rest seemed
to be from the southern end of camp. Awesome shots. Kudos for someone taking the time to take pics of other people. It's hard to take the time for
that.indigo_wolf - 6-4-2010 at 10:05 AM
The new Peter Lynn/Cooper collaboration. It was rushed for NABX so they had to leave off the twin white stripes.

John (Chilese) is local to LV. Cruise around his Picasa albums. He's been migrating from Webshots recently. The man has an incredible repository of
kite photos he's taken over the years and not all of them are even online.

I think that is the same orange arc that Peter said was a Scorp proto.awindofchange - 6-4-2010 at 06:45 PM
Yes, the orange kite is one of the first Scorpion proto's that was built a couple years ago. That was a heavily modified Phantom 1 that used the very
first VPC system. Pete Jr. brought it out to the lake bed quite a few years ago to see how the VPC worked under speed and it worked awesome. We did
some runs with it back then and I really liked it.popeyethewelder - 10-4-2010 at 12:44 AM
