NOAA's National Data Buoy Center - It's great if you live on the coast (left or right coast ) Can give local wind speeds and what's going on off
shore.

I use Weather Underground. It has uploads from user's personal weather equipment and other weather services.
Also GeoHack is cool if you have coordinate information for where you are looking for. It has map and all other information.
