Thread from another forum... mostly for the water folk who leave cars and gear unattended, but wanted to post this here anyhow. This is much more north than we usually setup, but none the less; please keep and eye out.

Has been observed leaving parking lots abruptly,

and cruising in and out without stopping

definitely not the ordinary looking surfer or beach going type, what ever that is.

suggest-Make a note of the licence plate...
