Here is some information hope can help you sort out the problem. The end line need to go through a metal ring first before going through the bar and to the leash. And in case of throwing away the bar, the ring on the bar will be seized by the metal on the end of the 5th line. Thus the bar can only move within the length of the 5th line. That is to say, if the 5th line is 6m, the bar will stop on the position of 6m, if the 5th line is 5m long, the bar will stop on the position of 5m. Of course, if you don’t care this, you can just connect the 5th line through the bar to your leash. However this is not that safe as my first suggestion. For example, in case the kite brings you into the sky, even you throw away the bar, the kite won't stall or drop out. Hope this can help. Thank you for your support of Pansh.
